"Room was still dirty as in not vacuumed or floors washed or countertops unclean after finding long black hair in carpet multiple times on the tile floor and on top of the countertops. I accumulated what I found n left it with reception upon departure most uncomfortable stay I’ve ever experienced for a luxury spa for adults only Not acceptable!!AT ALL "

"I visited off season, so it was very quiet and relaxing. The room was clean and spacious, the view of the Black Sea was superb, beautiful sunrise. Thank you! "

"The property itself is super nice, clean. And the staff is awesome. BUT there is an oil refinery nearby, and when the wind blows from the refinery you can taste the oil in your mouth. We were lucky the wind changed direction and it only lasted for one day. "

"Staff was not very helpful and the food and beverage manager was just absolutely rude. Customer is king does not apply here. Would never go back to this property."
