"Rooms were dirty, smelled like smoke, doors falling apart, bedding had a baseball size burn in it. Would not recommend "

"I opted for early check-in and late check-out, and it was seamless. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The property was very clean, and the amenities were excellent. I ate in the restaurant 3 times. The servers were very good, and the food was excellent and well presented. Valet service was exceptional. The longest wait for my car was probably 8 minutes, and that was during a busy check-in period. The room was very clean, spacious, and well-stocked. The room was cleaned and replenished every day. The bathroom was very nice with a large shower, a large separate bathtub, and a spacious vanity. The rooftop bar/pool area was great, and they had live music (a DJ) on the weekend. I will definitely consider booking there again should I travel to Phoenix/Tempe. Outstanding experience. "

"Pool space was limited. But my lil people still had a good time"

"I would encourage you to double check your room before you settle in. Our experience was poor in regards to dirty fridge, we were given the wrong room and they would have still charged us for the more expensive room if we had not brought it to their attention. We also had a leaky toilet. For the price we paid, I had higher expectations. I would like to note that once we brought this to the staffs attention, they were incredibly accommodating and sincerely apologetic."

"Stayed in a King room. Room was clean and comfortable. Hotel is pretty new and is in great condition. Great location for walking to ASU campus, bars, restaurants etc. Be aware of the charge for valet parking. Enjoyed our stay and will be back when we are in Tempe. "
