"The room seemed clean enough, but the sink stopper was broken (they offered to fix it but we said it was okay), and after we'd checked in, they called to say the shower soap dispenser was missing and they'd bring another. None was ever brought. Even after asking several times over several days. Whoever manned the front desk was friendly enough, but they never seemed to know what to do or acted like they had no authority (to give us the shower soap dispenser, more coffee cream, refill breakfast supplies, add my stay onto my Wyndham points, etc.) Others came in with complaints and it was always "I'll let them know so they can check it out" but they never wrote anything down so I'm sure whoever this magical person was, they were never told. Our last night, there was a vehicle in the parking lot whose horn kept going off intermittently. Around 4AM my husband complained to the front desk and they "didn't have the authority" to figure out whose guest's vehicle it was and contact them. The notice in the room said they only cleaned every 2-3 days. We stayed 5 nites and no one ever changed the towles, made the bed or came into the room to clean. The only reason for any stars was it seemed clean, the bed was comfy and the staff polite (if useless)."
