"Room was clean, bed very comfortable, refrigerator and microwave. No extra amenities like cups or coffee maker. We chose this hotel because we needed one night other hotels wanted 3 night minimum. This hotel is good for people going to airport, they can leave their car at hotel and get shuttled to airport. I guess it’s good for businessmen or people who have an early flight."

"This is my go-to hotel in NY Capital District. Service is usually good. However, we hit an anomaly that it was very understaffed for a busy holiday weekend (fall foliage viewers, college reunion weekend, a wedding, 3-day weekend for school kids, etc.) Check-in took a while (single front desk person), housekeeping/rooms not ready in the afternoon (room not ready for 4pm check-in), and breakfast tables were not cleared for next guests and food resupply was all done by 1 person. Still a good place to stay otherwise. I will stay again. I only post as a forewarning for busy weekends...or hope they read the review to plan future busy weekends."

"It is a cute hotel and well located. The decor for Halloween was super cute. The front desk person was polite. Some love need to be added to the facility. Carpet, walls and wallpaper definitely need to be update. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. We are not sure why but the mattress is only cover with the fitting sheet (no other protection under the fitting sheet or above the mattress) and of course the rest to cover your body is there. The mattress was super clean but something was missing. The wall paper needs to be replace. The bathroom door should be a pocket door and it will give a full and better access to the bathroom."

"We had a terrific stay! This hotel was very nice! Breakfast was great, with lots of options. Room was quiet and super clean. Great location. Would definitely stay again!"

"We stayed only one night because we had to drop my son off at RPI. (Which is very close). We got the accessible room this time due to knee tear. I’m glad I did. The bathroom was definitely big enough if you’re in a wheel chair. It had plenty of bars to hold on to in shower or if needed around toilet. The room was a very nice size. If you are are in a wheel chair, crutches, or cane you will find there is plenty of room. The beds were very comfortable. There were two queen size beds with three pillows on each of them. There was a big size chair with pillow if one chooses to sit there instead of sitting on the bed. There was also a desk if you need to get some work done. There was a piece of furniture that had a refrigerator in it, a Keurig coffee maker and a microwave. There was also a dresser with three drawers and a big TV. We didn’t use the gym, but we were able to see it from the pool and it seems like a very nice clean room. We did take advantage of the pool. It was very nice, but the water was freezing. I did want to add that there was three steps and a banister to be able to get into the pool. It was very safe and sturdy. Also plenty of towels available. We also went to the restaurant downstairs the night we arrived. It was delicious. The atmosphere was great. Over all it was a nice stay and I would definitely go back."
