"La pulizia della camera non era eccezionale al nostro arrivo, e purtroppo basta un pomeriggio di domenica di pioggia per mandare un po' in tilt la situazione. Alle ore 14.40/15 impossibile mangiare nella struttura (ristorante chiuso, minimarket chiuso, bar senza prodotti salati) ed impossibile anche recuperare un ombrello se ne sei sprovvisto. "Mira-mare was without doubt my most favourite accommodation in Italy in Le Spezia ! Absolutely stunning, fully self contained 3 bedroom apartment with kitchenette. "Stay away! Arrived at the house and it looks absolutely terrible from the outside, the area is far from everything and the information provided on the site is not correct. Owner did not speak English and communication was almost impossible. The apartment is smaller than stated and lacks hot water. Had booked 2 nights, but only stayed one. Was supposed to get a refund for one night, but the owner neither opens nor responds to messages, as expected we have not received any money in refund....

"There wereno pla es to oark and I have a disability. No one to help with luggage. Had to park 2 blocks away.The room ,decor, and paint in the room looked like original . No shampoo or soap in the BR. After I got my luggage to the first floor which would be our 2nd they locked off the lift to the first floor. My room had a small veranda but the door was looked and not accessible probably because broken window out there. The air conditioning was wonderful. I moved to a new place the next day."
