"We loved this campsite! Staff were welcoming and friendly, bungalow was clean and spacious with lovely views from the balcony. The site was lovely and peaceful in natural surroundings and beautiful scenery. River views from the pool area were just amazing. Pool area nice but we didnt get to use unfortunately. "The views are lovely. The property has many fruit trees and of course grape vines. The drive to get there involves narrow hairpin turns with steep hills, so it is not for the anxious driver. Breakfast was excellent. The cabin we stayed in was not elegant but everything we needed was there except maybe for no kettle to boil water in without a trip to main building."

If you’re looking for that, than this is the spot. The highlight of the trip in Douro was the wine tour about an hour away. Beautiful area beautiful resort. "
