Sem dúvida, o café da manhã é um espetáculo à parte — o melhor entre os hotéis da rede Gramado Parks! Uma verdadeira experiência gastronômica para começar o dia com o pé direito. Mas, infelizmente, nem tudo são flores. Para quem sonha em relaxar na piscina e não está hospedado na torre principal… prepare-se para um verdadeiro teste de resistência ao frio! Ainda nem chegamos oficialmente ao inverno e as noites em Gramado já parecem saídas de um filme do Ártico. Imagine só: você sai da piscina, mesmo com roupão, e é imediatamente abraçado por uma corrente de ar congelante. Estávamos hospedados na torre G e, para voltar ao quarto, precisávamos pegar o elevador, descer até o subsolo e atravessar todo o estacionamento — um trajeto longo e gélido. Sinceramente, parece que esqueceram de pensar no conforto de quem não está na torre principal. Um projeto mais compacto, ou pelo menos um sistema de acesso interno entre as torres, teria feito toda a diferença. O caminho pelo estacionamento, além de frio, quebra totalmente o clima de relaxamento que a piscina deveria proporcionar. Resultado? Minha esposa e eu ganhamos um belo resfriado como lembrança da estadia. Fico imaginando quem se hospedar por lá em pleno inverno… usar a piscina? Missão impossível! Uma pena. Pelo café da manhã, voltaríamos mil vezes. Mas pela logística congelante, essa foi, sem dúvida, nossa última visita

Hotel muito agradável

Hotel muito bom! Grande e tudo novo, limpo e decoração linda. Apesar de estar cheio no final de semana, não tivemos problemas com lugar na piscina, sauna, jacuzzi. Café da manhã muito bom, experimentei quase tudo 😋. Funcionários prestativos e educados. Apenas o serviço de vallet um pouco demorado e caro. Aliás, acho que não deveria ser cobrado estacionamento para hóspedes.
