Excellent hotel and excellent service. Very comfortable and exceeded our expectations. The breakfast was incredible, and they bring you little treats and tea every night to your room. Staff was very accommodating. One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at! We didn’t want to leave.

Tivemos uma experiência incrível no Laghetto Château! O café da manhã é simplesmente perfeito, com muitas opções deliciosas, e o atendimento foi impecável — equipe atenciosa e acolhedora. A nota poderia ser máxima, se a jacuzzi externa do quarto funcionasse direito. Os LEDs estavam queimados. Mas os dois quartos aos lados, estavam com eles funcionando, e ninguém estava hospedado ali. As jacuzzis destes quartos adjacentes ficaram ligadas o tempo todo em que estivemos ali, mas a do nosso quarto, um dia estava desligada, outro dia quente demais, outro dia toda suja, precisam melhorar muito neste quesito. Se pagamos bem mais caro para usar o quarto com jacuzzi, queremos que este item pelo menos funcione corretamente.

Celebramos nossas bodas de prata e não podia ter sido melhor. Hotel maravilhoso, café da manhã sensacional e quarto muito agradável. Pontos a melhorar. O ar condicionado é um pouco confuso no modo aquecimento e poderia ter um folheto orientando. A hidro não fazia espuma de jeito nenhum.
