Experiência ruim!

Experiência ruim! Quarto para 3 pessoas pequeno, mesas de cabeceira com poeira, parede rachada com infiltração, quarto sem aquecedor, tv pequena e controle velho, água da pia do banheiro dando choque e ralo entupido. Teve um dia que faltou toalha de banho e as toalhas eram velhas. Não tinha nada no frigobar, nem água disponível para comprar, tinha que ser solicitado na recepção. Localização é excelente porém precisa de mais estrutura!

Ótima estada e excelente custo benefício! Pousada bem no centrinho de gramado, muito limpinha e confortável. Com estacionamento gratuito, o que possibilita fazer tudo a pé sem se preocupar com o carro. Café da manhã bom, e ótimo atendimento dos atendentes. Todos muito simpáticos. Recomendo muito!

Boa

Fiquei em duas diárias, otima localização, o sitema de servir o café da manhã precisa ser melhorado o atendimento, devendo voltar ao normal com restrição , uso mascara e luvas .motovo voce não se serve, por causa da pandemia o café da manhã eles te servem , isso não é legal, porque tem sobra desnecessária. Outro sim , com tres andares não possui elevador, para idoso complica um pouco, ou melhora depende do ponto de vista. No demais , tirando isso gostei do atendimento ,muito limpo . Voltaria novamente mas ficaria no andat terreo.
