Great hotel, with an excellent specialist restaurant that served maybe the best sole we've had for a long time. The staff are terrific- proud of their hotel, knowedegeable and a pleasure to deal with. Hotel very central, easy access to all that Granada has to offer. Recommend them highly.

We loved our stay at Eurostars Gran Via! The rooms were comfortable, the location is incredibly convenient, and there was even a great rooftop bar. The staff was extremely helpful and kind, helping us with our luggage, restaurant recommendations, and even booking a flamenco show for us. I highly recommend this hotel (and the flamenco show!)

Absolutely super hotel with the BEST rooftop view of Granada that includes the Alhambra and the cathedral. Breakfast was delicious and generous with choice. The room was wonderfully clean and comfortable, full size good quality products in bathrooms. Staff were incredibly lovely, kind and helpful.

Amazing stay!!!

Very proffessional and kind staff. I would definitely reccomend to anyone staying in Granada. They have provided the best service and helped us a lot. The location is excelente as the Alhambra can be seen and it is very close by walking. We will definitely come back. Thank you to the whole team.

Would be 5 but for the shower

All good except the shower which was poorly designed. It is a tub-shower combination and once the shower is activated there is no changing the water temperature. Service attentive and friendly. Breakfast was very good. Bar on terrace was a nice addition.

I stayed at Eurostar Sevilla right before this and they had coffee maker with pods which was very convenient early in the morning before going out. Eurostar Granada had smaller rooms, tired lobby furniture and no coffee machine. Location was very good and beautiful balconies.
