The staff was out of this world. When I booked (which was about a month and half out, they send me a message with option to book the Alhambra through them. When it turned out that it was sold out (especially the Nasrid Palaces) they found an alternate option for me, which turned out to be a great tour. They also took great care of me (a female solo traveler) when I was there, letting me check in early, providing an upgrade, arranging a tablao zambra flamenco visit, etc. etc. The breakfast was so fresh and a great selection. The room was spotless and super comfy, and amazingly quiet and peaceful considering how central it is. I could go on. A full five stars and then some!

The hotel is very clean and welcoming. The staff was amazing right from the moment we checked in. We bought a bottle of the wine and the young lady at reception set up wine glasses for all of us and even threw in some delicious tapas. Only complaint about the property was that the air conditioning was not on service and the room got quite warm. There was quite a bit of traffic noise so opening a window was not an option. Would definitely stay here again.

One of the nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Great location - close to all major attractions in Granada. I’d stay there again! Friendly and professional staff; very welcoming and helpful. Delicious breakfast!

Great location and nice hotel. Only downside was the noise outside the hotel at night like a previous review had said. Not the hotels fault, but it did make it difficult to sleep. Nice staff who answered all our questions and were always available.

Loved the property and room, absolutely beautiful, and staff are very helpful and friendly. Excellent location, walkable to restaurants and shops and Moroccan quarter. Only complaint is lack of complimentary coffee in the morning and noise from a nightclub on the street that hosts noisy partiers Thursday thru Sat nights until 4am. Otherwise a superlative hotel.

Fantastic Hotel
I wish all hotels were as wonderful as this little hotel. Incredibly helpful staff, beautifully appointed room and perfect location (5-6 minute walk to the cathedral).

The property is historic, charming, and well-maintained. It is conveniently located with many dining options and shopping. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay pleasant.

The hotel is next to a bar the crowds from where are quite loud and remain so almost throughout the night (especially on weekends). The pillows in the bed are small are not quite comfortable. The room is small enough for one - two is a crowd.

Great little hotel in great location
A great little hotel in a perfect area for Granada. Walking distance to the local markets and bazars, the Albaicin area, and the Alhambra. Also located close to some amazing tapas places on del Rosario, thanks for the recommendation! The room was comfortable and a little noisy on Saturday night, but expected given it's a weekend, the hotel is on a busy side street, and it's an old historic building. The staff was also very helpful with restaurant recommendations and transportation.

Great location, very clean and nicely decorated boutique hotel. The concierge service is amazing. They helped us make arrangements for shows, guided tours and suggested places to eat. Very attentive and nice! We will definitely stay there again next time in Grenada.

Great location, very helpful staff
We stayed in Granada for two days to tour. We had a rental car. The hotel provided excellent directions and they have paid parking very near by. The location of the hotel was perfect to walk to everything that we wanted to see. The hotel staff were amazing. They checked in with us via WhatsApp before we arrived to see what we needed. We didn't have tickets to Alhambra yet and they acted very quickly to make sure we could get in while we were there. They also helped with other suggestions on what to see and provided good restaurant recommendations. I can't say enough about the quality of service that the staff provided.

Lovely Boutique Hotel in the Center!
We loved and enjoyed everything that this place offered us. We especially loved the breakfast and the water pressure! The only thing we would like to share with those who are considering this place is that, due to narrow alleys and other vehicle restricted areas in Granada, unusual traffic passes by this building and it gets noisy at night, even a recycling truck with unbelievable noise.

A wonderful experience visiting Granada but the hotel and the staff in particular were extraordinary. We foolishly arrived without a lot of advance planning. They helped us find a very knowledgeable, engaging and friendly guide and tickets to Alhambra, working around our tight schedule. We realized there were no guarantees but it all worked out visiting a remarkable historic and culturally significant site. The hotel itself is wonderful housed in an historic structure with unique features. Definitely worth a visit!

Loved the room, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. I stayed in the Leon de Africa room and thoroughly enjoyed it. Some things I loved: the staff, the wishing tree, the little library / bar, the bed, the decor, the bathroom. Some areas to maybe work on: every time I stepped into the elevator it dropped a half inch or so, which was disconcerting. I could not figure out how to turn on the main lights in the room, so it was very dim. The light switches on the wall in the bedroom had no obvious purpose, but fortunately the bedside lamps had switches on the cords, which I eventually found. I would definitely stay there again!

Lovely property in a very central location. Walkable to/from everything we wanted to do/see (tho, admittedly, we love walking -15k steps a day…may not be right for you). Staff was very helpful with recommendations and Alhambra ticket info, and were happy to allow us to leave our bags after checkout so we could see more of the city while we waited for our train. Highly recommended.

Great Location in Granada
Fabulous location to stay in Granada.... Very different interesting hotel with history and unique features. Was clean and comfortable - although bed was a little too firm for my liking and furnishings a little sparse. Very helpful and friendly staff - they booked a Flamenco + dinner and transport night for us which was superb.

Do not recommend driving and parking here. Hotel is very well situated and close to activities restaurants and walk to Alhambra. However the parking garage is very challenging to navigate as are the narrow streets. I would not recommend taking a vehicle here. If you are coming into the area via taxi this is a good place to stay.
