Beautiful room, wonderful desk staff. Fantastic location, quiet all day. Great bathroom ams amenities. The bed is very firm, though, wish it was a little softer. Otherwise perfect!

What a great hotel right in the heart of Granada. Although location is in a ‘pedestrian only’ zone, the convenience of a short walking distance to the cathedral and restaurants can’t be beat. I must mention the staff who are just wonderful! —helped us book the flamenco show last minute and recommend some great restaurants nearby. Hotel itself is beautiful and modern, spotlessly clean with comfortable beds. Highly recommend if you’re visiting Granada and the Alhambra (10mins. taxi ride).

Lovely hotel, great room and helpful staff. Only minor disappointment was that there is no bar in the hotel - however plenty within a3 min walk! Also, as it's in the heart of the city there was a bit of city noise, especially at the weekend. Would definitely recommend.

While we enjoyed our stay at this hotel, coming home I discovered that the hotel was paid 2-3x times for room/services - 1 by expedia, 2 by charging our credit cards again and 3rd by charing EU debit card... I am seriously upset about being charged so many times when it should have all be covered under Expedia's initial charge for reservation.
