Breakfast was of very good quality. Good bread, great orange juice. PROBLEM: Breakfast opens too late. Many people waiting in lower lobby for it to open, and chaos occurs when doors open. Breakfast should be at convenient time for guests not convenient time for hotel. If upper management got up early and spent time in the crowd, they'd realize they have to open earlier.

Standard room for a long weekend
Room was tiny. Cupboard mirror door fell off it's runner nearly falling on my partner Shelf on top of fridge become very hot as it was placed directly on the fridge giving no ventilation Not given any details on arrival. Had to ask about breakfast and checkout Spa closed on Mondays! No swimming pool in a spa hotel!! 18€ \ night parking, very tight spaces and even driving around the carpark as car cramped in every corner. It took several shunts to park. The hotel is tired and showing its age. Breakfast was ok and staff were pleasant.

Regarding our indoor-pool, I wish to explain that on all published websites dealing with our hotel and services our Spa is an additional charge payment. The indoor pool is part of our Spa and in order to ensure proper operation every Monday since 2006 we have carried out weekly maintenance. This information is available on our website, through travel agencies and numerous booking websites. However we truly regret the inconvenience this has caused you. Luis at the front desk absolutely made this stay memorable. Every restaurant he recommended was amazing and he went above and beyond when he,somehow, found out it was my birthday and sent you a bottle of cava to the room after our spa reservation. Would absolutely stay at one of these hotels again. Thanks luis!!!

Nice hotel, shame about all the surcharges.
This was a really lovely hotel in the beautiful city of Granada. The hotel has a peaceful ambiance and a quirky, but very aesthetically pleasing interior design. Only complant would be that there was no mention on the Hotels.com booking that one needed to pay for the spa. I also strongly object to then paying for the spa and also having to pay another surcharge for compulsory flipflops in that spa! It was a shame that a really nice hotel stay was slightly spoilt by so many additional surcharges (parking was also extra).

Very comfortable rooms with a nice view of the city. The spa is amazing and worth every cent. The spa is great but make sure to book well in advance separately from the hotel as they are different buisnesses. The parking garge is very small but the location is great to have parking

The service at the front desk was wonderful. Lobby theme of a different era. Room was clean. Paid €10 more per night for view & more space, which was unavailable with my on-line booking. BEST PART- which made up for everything else, was the wonderful SPA downstairs with multiple saunas & pools for hydro-therapy & relaxation!!!

On the outskirts of centro but walkabout to city centre in 10 to 15 mins. Parking at the hotel a little expensive but unless you are going to Sierra nevada you don't need your car.

The hotel is fine BUT it's next to impossible to get to it by car - very inconvenient and impossible to pull up to the front door. We pulled into the entrance to the parking garage and my wife went around to the front to the desk to make arrangements to enter. Otherwise, no access from the street. Even the tour buses have to park a block away. Not sure there's anything they can do about it.

We liked the location since it was quiet and not too far from town center. We thought we could use the pool but found out it was a spa and required a fee of 30E each. At any rate the hotel was clean, our room was good and the staff helpful.

Motel with 1Star Not a Hotel with 4 Stars
It's more like a motel and not a hotel. I made a reservation for two beds, they gave us two twin beds and charged us 20 Euros extra. The air-conditioner barely worked, the beds are really old, small and uncomfortable; the pillows are old and smell like cigarettes. The very small rooms were marketed as non-smoking, but smoke was everywhere throughout the night. parking took a lot of time and it costs 18 Euros per night; it is however unaccessible. The SPA is only in the name, there's no SPA in this motel.

The city centre hotel was in a great location, a short walk to all the restaurants and shops, and only a half hour walk/5 minute taxi ride from anything else you would want to visit. The room was comfortable and clean, the staff were exceedingly helpful; booking restaurants for us, answering all of our questions, putting up with my questionable Spanish, and speaking brilliant English. The parking was difficult to find, but there were other car parks very close to the hotel, so it didn't matter.

Enjoyed the stay except for one problem. All spanish hotels think that once September passes., it is winter. therefore no cool air conditioner, Only HOT air blown out (Minimum 26c / 80f ish ). Had to sleep with window wide open to try to cool the room Hotel really clean. Staff friendly & helpful.

Awesome hotel
It has everything I could've possibly needed. For the price, I expected much less but was so pleasantly surprised by what we got. The breakfast was amazing. It's close to the city center. It was wonderful.

Friendly staff. Breakfast was good and cooked to order. Only negative was the default of the hotel credit card machine to charge us in Sterling rather than Euros without asking, thereby making a currency transaction profit out of us potentially. When I pointed this out, they did refund and charge us again in Euros. The spa was closed for our brief stay so cannot comment on that.

Conference in Granada
I stayed at this hotel to attend a conference in June 2013. It is a 2 minute walk to the conference centre, so the location was excellent. The room was very comfortable and clean. The only minor negative comment I have is that the coffee and shampoo was not replenished in the room. There was free wifi, but it was pretty slow and you had to log on every time you reconnected. OK for checking email, but probably too slow for much else. There is a spa downstairs which is complimentary to hotel guests. The pools were quite nice. A taxi from the hotel to Granada airport was 30euro or you can take a bus for 3euro. The bus is a 5 min walk from the hotel.

Decent hotal in a bad location
The hotel is not in a good location, and has not enough parking for the guests. We arrived during the Easter holiday, the hotel parking was full, and the staff was not helpful in finding parking alternatives. Ended up having to park in a public parking about 15 walk minutes from the hotel.
