"We were so glad that we left our big checked suitcase at Hard Rock since we were coming back to them Friday night. It was a tiny bit of a struggle getting up the alleyway to the hotel with carryons since taxis were not allowed. It was beautiful historic hotel and the staff is wonderful. Good location and walkable to some sights.Very helpful with suggestions and we were grateful that the staff reminded us to take our passports when we to the Alhambra. Highly recommend this hotel!"
