We had the whole villa to ourselves. It is a homely place to stay in a quiet residential gated neighbourhood. There is a large garage in case you hire a car (we did), an open plan living/kitchen/dining area with a terrace on that floor, two bedrooms on the next floor of which one has a terrace, and a large bathroom with bath and shower. There is a washing machine in the garage. The owner was very friendly and welcoming. We arranged check-in and check-out via WhatsApp based on our flight times. He met us on arrival, showed us around and gave us the keys, then left us to it for the week. We had no problems at all and would happily stay here again.
