multiple calls for repair/ never fixed
Upon our arrival, Fri 8/24, we found the condo clean, spacious and most satisfactory. After flushing the toilet in the master bedroom only 1 time within minutes after our arrival, the toilet never worked again. The tank would not refill due to a leak in the stopper at the bottom of the tank, so we had to shut off the toilet water valve. I called the 1-800 service number connecting us to the front desk after discovering the problem and the contact said she would put in a service request. We left for the evening, came back to the condo only to find the toilet untouched. We managed to get through the night and I thought perhaps that the service person would still be coming to repair the toilet sometime on Sat. When we returned to get ready to attend a wedding, the toilet still hadn't been repaired. Again, I called the front desk and the lady said she would have someone come out right away. The repairman never came to our condo to fix the problem. We left on Sun around noon. So, we spent the entire stay there with 1 working toilet instead of 2. I called the front desk again to report our dis-satisfaction and suggested they get the toilet fixed before the next visitors checked in. Her response was that the repairman came out twice...obviously, he went to the wrong condo, because ours was never repaired.
