"At first, everything was great. Cute pool area, air conditioning was fantastic, nice room set up. We had an issue with the shower drainage, but that was fixed the next day. Communication via WhatsApp with whoever was on the other end was super fast and helpful. However, front desk wasn’t as helpful with our needs. And at times we felt ignored.
Location wise, wasn’t the best for tourists. We were told that tourists usually stay in a more populated area with more restaurants on the other side of...

"Excellent hostess with a readiness to respond to any queries. The only issues were the tv, which seemed to have a mind of its own, switching over to a standy setting every 15 mins or so and the bed. The bed, sadly felt like a rock, I and my partner found no comfortable way of sleeping on the bed without aches and pains the next day.

"We would go back on a heartbeat. We were extremely lucky to meet Georgette. She helped us organize activities and gave us multiple tips to ensure our vacation was a success. "I would recommend Seashell Beach Villa to anyone who wants to enjoy the beauty of Praslin in a quiet, peaceful environment. Our room was spotlessly cleaned every day. The entire property is immaculate. The view from our ground floor unit was spectacular. There is a shady beachfront area to relax in with comfortable chairs and hammocks. Cindy, the host, is amazing. She helped us arrange transportation, taught us how to use the app to ride local busses, and even allowed us to have a very late checkout to accommodate our flight schedule. 10/10 for Seashell Beach Villa!"

"The service is above and beyond including advice on taking flights to Praslin much more convenient than taking ferries for a small price difference saving time for airport transfer. Arranged rental car waiting for us at the Praslin airport--quality and efficiency of time, able to hit all the beaches and La Digue day trip. The room is new and clean. Beds are comfortable and very spacious with full kitchen and refrigerator. Very quiet neighborhood. 6 minutes away from the airport and comvenient to shopping and restaurants. We did a lot in 4 days and will definitely come back to this hotel. Thank you!!! Service was above and beyond!!! "
