Super l'amabilité du personnel, et la vue sur Grand Bay Pour le reste l'hotel est resté au niveau 3 étoiles des années 80. Piscine non chauffée, filtration pas en route. Chambres désuètes, peu de prises de courant. difficile de décrire un tel état.. décevant.

Tarif du séjour très abordable avec un accueil très professionnel (disponible sans être encombrant), très bonne cuisine, très bon service avec un personnel très sympathique. En couple, nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Hypertek Hotel (good for budget holidays)

Hypertek Hotel is situated along the coast line of Grand Bay and 2km from the main town centre so its convenient enough for one to walk to and from town (for restaurants, the beach etc) and avoid the high taxi charges. It can however improve on certain features such as the showers, the tvs in the room and most of all WiFi access throughoout the hotel. WiFi is only available in the reception and makes it a bother when you need to use but are situated in a room upstairs. The restaurant also needs to be improved to provide food for people who spend most of the day touring (so breakfast and dinner options would be great additions). The pool area is also under utilized and a hazard as it is fitted with polished tiles which are very slippery when wet. Consider changing the flooring. But all in all, for a budget hotel/ apartment it is a good place to stay which, for its price, provides everything a travelling tourist will need.
