"Needed more cleaning. Dusty bathroom walls and gross carpet. It got noisy on main road if you slept with the window open due to sirens. The A/C was great though. Also location along the Liffey made it easy to find if you are someone who gets drunk/lost. Easy 25/30 min walk to Temple Bar area."

"The lobby and restaurant were very nice. The rooms had a bit to catch up: 1) the hydraulic close on the room door was set so every time the door closed, it SLAMMED shut. I heard other doors on our floor do the same. I’m sure the people in neighboring rooms were probably annoyed if it wasn’t their door closing (and the door looked to be one of those 40 year old wooden -core doors, so real heavy; 2) the door to the bathroom was rotting from moisture and likely mold. Both of my kids seemed to be having some allergic reaction which they only have to mold; 3) the shower drain was not working. When I took a shower I was standing in my own filthy water; and 4) there were three of us in our room. They only gave us two bath towels. I called the front desk to ask for one more, and the guy said they would send one up. Well, after an hour without receiving a towel, and getting close to the time we had to leave, I ended up using a hand towel to dry my body. Pretty bad service."

"Room was nice, offered a nice, limited selection of snacks/food and toiletries. Our room AC wasn’t working, when we told the front desk they reset it and brought us a couple fans. When we told them the next day they said they’d have maintenance look at it but nothing changed. They did offer to move us but we had tours scheduled and couldn’t do it then. Other than the AC issue our stay was good."

"This hotel was top notch-housekeeping was efficient-staff were friendly snd tended to your needs immediately. Hotel is in a great location-walking distance to downtown restaurants, bars and shopping. Very authentic vibe with lots of room in the suite. Would highly recommend!"
