Great stay. Hotel was nice & warm, breakfast was good, & overall, front desk staff were awesome! Self parking available as well! Hotel is located near to a lot of places including grocery stores, restaurants, & gas stations. Not too close, not too far.

The location is perfect for attending NAU events. The staff were courteous and professional. The rooms were good, but I have one negative about the room; the bathrooms in particular. There is no door between the toilet/shower area from the rest of the bathroom and closet areas. So if someone needs to use the toilet, nobody else can really use the room or continue to get ready. Also, there wasn’t a dresser to use, so one must live out of their luggage during the visit. Overall, we like the hotel, but improvements can be made.

We took a cross country road trip with our kids and this was the best hotel we stayed at. The location was wonderful, breakfast was really good, the beds were so comfortable and we had so much room. 10/10 we will be back!

Nice location, the staff at the front desk was stellar. Great service. Good breakfast selection. Nice, convenient area and close to downtown. Hotel suites are a bit tight but maybe bacause it lacks an open floorplan, carpet in need of replacing and I was surprised in didn't have a spa/jacuzzi next to the pool. But overall good hotel but was surprised at the extra $75 pet fee.

Nice clean hotel room. Staff was very nice. Walkable to a variety of restaurants and shopping. Breakfast had a lot of variety but coffee was watery and eggs were also watery.
