The hotel is very well kept and the staff was excellent friendly and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend this hotel! The beach is beautiful and liked that they played music. Food was great and healthy. On the list to come back soon!

First Solo Travel Experience

From the beach staff to the front desk, everyone was friendly and accommodating to any request. Helped arrange pick up and transport to the French port as well. Amazing spot to lay and relax at the beach. Great drinks and food as well! Definitely recommend.

Beautiful beach property but the MAJOR issue I had was the room smelled overwhelmingly of sewage every night until morning. This made it very difficult to sleep comfortably. Eventually I began to sleep with the patio doors open all night for fresh air. Not at all safe as a female traveling alone!!! I spoke with the manager (even the owner was spoken to) several times and nothing was done to fix this, she only offered me one free breakfast for 5 nights! Due to extreme weather conditions, my home airport shut down for several days forcing me to extend my stay in St Martin and she didn’t even offer to comp the room for the extension! I had to relocate to another hotel even though they had cancellations and open rooms due to the weather. Housekeeping and cleanliness was great. Views were breathtaking. But, the sewage odor was unbearable and their unwillingness to remedy or accommodate was extremely off putting

This hotel was small but mighty. It was clean and quaint. It was comfortable and the views were amazing. The service staff made everything perfect and was helpful in every way. I proposed to my wife in St.Maarten and Sandy helped me to surprise her with a decorated room of balloons and rose petals. Everything was perfect. Would highly reccomend and would certainly return.

Attentive, kind staff, very nice room and view waking up to the ocean. Downsides were the restaurant closes at 7pm (no room service option) - there are good restaurants nearby you can go to in the evening but there won’t be anything available on-site at night - and the beach service starts at 10am (not great if you have to check out and want a last swim and tan). Also when there’s traffic during peak times, getting there from SXM airport will take forever (literally 50mins when it’s normally only 25mins). Some taxi drivers know to take the long way and go around it. I’d almost even give 4 stars because of the aesthetic experience compared to everything else nearby, rather than 3, but our light/ceiling leaked several times, the room smelled damp, and there were cobwebs in the shower.

Le meilleur hotel de Grand Case

Voilà un hotel intimiste et raffiné, situé idéalement sur la plage (de sable fin avec une mer turquoise) de Grand Case, avec des prestations de haut niveau s’agissant tant de la propreté, du service rendu, du confort que des équipes. Mention toute spéciale pour le petit déjeuner servi en terrasse.ainsi que bien entendu pour le Sunset, ce dernier point ne constituant pas une surprise compte tenu de la situation de l’hotel.

A terrific hotel!!!

A fantastic hotel!! The location is perfect - right on the beach, short walk to many great restaurants. Rooms are very comfortable. The entire staff is so friendly, helpful and kind. I can't say enough good things! We're going back next year.

Ottima posizione e vista camera da sballo, ma…

Struttura splendida, camera molto bella con vista mare mozzafiato, ben arredata, letto comodissimo, reception, ristorante e bar molto belli e arredati con cura….ma troppo caro per il servizio offerto. Nel prezzo ci starebbe senza problemi una colazione e una bottiglia acqua in camera al giorno. Le capsule caffè da supermercato (compatibili con macchina Nespresso messa a disposizione) a 3€/una in camera onestamente è inappropriato…anche quelle ci stavano nel prezzo della camera (oltre 400€/notte). Pulizia camera lascia a desiderare….viene effettuata sommariamente (zone angoli vicino finestra balcone piena di sabbia, cambio lenzuola mai effettuato in 4 notti). Le amenities sono lacunose; no cotton fioc, dischetti ovatta, lima unghie, sewing kit, pantofole…insomma i classici set che ci si aspetta in un albergo/resort a quel prezzo. Accappatoi e asciugamani lisi/rotti…insomma, datati. Nel WC vi sono belle decorazioni, tra cui un diffusore ambiente con bastoncini completamente prosciugato quindi non emana nessun odore… La TV offre solo 6 canali di cui 5 sportivi. Ricapitolando, ci sarebbe molto agio di miglioramento, inclusa la gentilezza della titolare e insonorizzazione della porta d’ingresso stanza vicina alla reception, in quanto alla mattina il via vai delle persone creava disturbo.
