This is a very lovely property, love the decor, the bedding and the amenities in the rooms. I also like that it is a smaller hotel and very accessible.

My first time in Grand Forks. Have stayed all over the world and this hotel is fabulous!! Wouldn’t stay anywhere else! Beds are beyond comfortable, large, spacious rooms and bathrooms, high ceilings wonderful staff and free shuttle to and from GFK. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

2 separate reservations and the hotel completely lost one reservation. Did not care that we had receipt for payment and did not try to resolve. Front desk lady was rude. Manager did not even come to talk to us. Had to pay for ANOTHER room as we had an event we needed to ready for. Contacted Expedia and the assisted and refunded one reservation. Back door keycard entry did not work. Firebox was open.

The attention to detail in the decor and branding is fantastic. The rooms are lovely and cozy. We were there for an event at the attached Cloud 9, which made it very convenient. They currently do not offer room service which will be a nice addition once it is available. Unfortunately, the tv in our room did not work during our stay. We were slightly disappointed in the response of the hotel staff. We told them the first night and they offered some solutions to try but none of them worked. When we checked out, I mentioned it again and they thanked me for letting the know but offered no apology.

We stayed in the Danali suite. Very spacious, private and comfortable. Very clean with lovely appointments and amenities. Wall to wall, floor to ceiling windows made it feel very luxurious
