"The staff were mostly helpful and professional, and the breakfast was pretty good for a hotel, but the internet would not connect to my laptop despite never having a problem before, and my room literally had zero blackout curtains. Then with the fire alarm (twice!) for seemingly no reason, I left frustrated and super exhausted. No refreshed feeling. The bed was also a bit hard. And the "Cilantro Bar & Grill" was totally non-existent except for a sparsely decored patio. Just not a good experience but not terrible."

"Nice spot. It was clean and the lady at the front desk was a sweet hearted person. She definitely doesn’t meet a stranger, and she made me feel more comfortable. It felt like I’ve known her for years. The only thing is, the doors are on the outside of your personal room. I usually prefer hotels without that where I’m having to go through the lobby and then exit. However, this was cool."

"The property is a bit dated but overall nice. The room was very quiet which is very important to us. Only issue I saw was in the lobby there is a very open sign saying NO PETS. When I was going back to the elevator to return the luggage cart 3 people walk out of the elevator with a big dog."

"Very dirty rooms and public areas, Smoke from Casino wafts into lobby and restaurants. In an almost empty dining room we were denied sitting by windows to see the "view" of river. We were told this was because the window seats were reserved for a large group (group never materialized while we were eating)."

"It took almost close to 6 o’clock in the afternoon for us to get our room. There was no combination for that. I paid for a king size room at that so it was just a whole bunch of wraparound for a few hours and nothing was apologize about or anything else"
