We were told this was because the window seats were reserved for a large group (group never materialized while we were eating)."

"It took almost close to 6 o’clock in the afternoon for us to get our room. There was no combination for that. I paid for a king size room at that so it was just a whole bunch of wraparound for a few hours and nothing was apologize about or anything else"
