"We loved our stay with Niagara Hospitality. Fantastic host, great communication, and the place was exactly as described. The kids and adults enjoyed the time together in this well done up home and felt comfortable and safe. The biggest advantage was the closeness to the falls state park and food options. "I would not advice anyone to stay on this property. The location is unsafe i would suggest you google it before booking. We had a police officer tell us to lock our door and not go out after dark. We ended up booking another house as we did not feel safe. The doorknobs and conditions of the house is also not safe. The house has cockroaches. I would not recommend this place for anyone specially if you have kids. "

"Overall, we had a great stay and really enjoyed it. The bed was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was surprisingly good — the potatoes and bacon were delicious, which is rare to find at this level of hotel. There’s also a laundry room on the second floor with two washers and two dryers — $3 per load, which is super convenient. A couple of downsides: the street outside is noisy, so it’s hard to sleep with the window open. Also, the showerhead was not great — the water pressure itself was fine (as seen in the sink), but the showerhead made it feel really weak, which made it hard to properly wash my hair. I really hope they replace it. The elevator was also out of service during our stay, so we had to carry our suitcases up the stairs, which wasn’t ideal. Other than that, everything was good, and I’d definitely stay here again despite the shower discomfort."
