"Got there and was immediately told that we would have no hot water due to the boiler being out?! Told us we could go somewhere else with no cancellation fee. OK. We were there for a wedding and really didn't have time to make other accomodations, so we stayed. Didn't have hot water the whole time! Hot tub had no bubbles and was lukewarm. Paper plates and plastic glasses used for everything in restaurant "due to renovations?" Usually, Hilton properties are decent but not this one. At least not right now. And, to top it off, we were charged $12 per day for parking!! Crazy!!"

"The room was great and clean! The bed’s were okay, of course not like at home but for a hotel they were good. The staff at the front desk was very helpful and got us into our room fast. We arrived right at 3pm and had some place to be but wanted to unpack out stuff first. The gal at the desk called up and got a room for us quickly, even though at first they said we would have to wait 30 mins or so. We really appreciated that! The breakfast that we had vouchers for was awful! I feel badly for anyone that actually paid for breakfast, and the voucher was not included in the cost of the room. Very, very burnt bacon, the potatoes sounded likes stones being dumped on the plate and our “server” never brought us cream for our coffee and only filled my cup about 1/4 way full. I went in the lobby and made my husband and I cups of coffee. The juice machine was broken so they brought around orange juice with ice in it lol. Very watered down to say the least! We had vouchers for both mornings but after that first experience we chose to skip the breakfast and eat at Village Inn. We would stay again, but definitely not eat the breakfast. We did not use the pool or drink the coffee in the room so the amenities we would not know much about."

"This old hotel also has long-term tenants staying there in the motel section in the back. Unfortunately, they have cluttered the walkways outside the rooms with lawn chairs and trash. There are old cars with flat tires in some of the handicap spots. The pool area is completely trashed and the pool is dry and filthy. They got our reservation wrong (only had us down for one room instead of two) and seemed to struggle getting us our receipts at the end of the stay. Staff bordered on combative."
