Book someplace better when in Grand Lake!

We rented the apartment and it was on the second floor with no elevator. The hotel had no AC and it was not disclosed on the hotels amenities page. The room was clean enough but old fashioned, old smelling and dingy. The staff was a delight.

Everything was great. We love staying at this place. The only concern we had was the parking spaces, the vehicles were tooooo close, ppl were banging cars when opening doors.. The rooms are usually really clean our suite could’ve used a lil more TLC, There were tortilla chips on the floor and hair left around the toilet bowl.. Other then those few things everything was great.. Staff is very friendly and welcoming.. We will definitely be back all summer and in the further future.. THE BEST PLACE TO STAY WHEN VISITING GRAND LAKE!!.. Enjoy your vacation everybody and safe travels..😊🌹

Great location in Grand Lake. Walkable to shops and restaurants. Only about a mile to the National Park entrance. Room was clean. Staff was friendly.

We visited in winter and it is a very nice hotel with nice lake view. Easy late check-in. Cozy stay. The staff is friendly. The only issue we had is that the heater is making some small cracking sound when on. Hope this could be improved.

This is an older property but the room was impressively clean and the staff was very friendly. There is no AC but, even on the hottest day of the year at that point, the room got nice and cool with the window open at night. Of course, the location, right on the lake, was beautiful. Would definitely stay here again.

I kept pinching myself. It was in the heart of everything. Near the marina, shopping, restaurant options and access to entrances to the Rocky Mountain national Forest. The staff and everyone was fabulous.
