This Holiday Inn Express seems new so it was clean and seemed new. No wear and tear like a lot of hotels now. The nicest thing about this hotel was that it was quiet. It is built better than most hotels so it was noticeably quieter in walking in the hallways and in the rooms.

We were greeted by a friendly staff member when we arrived. Checking in was easy. We were told there would be a wheelchair but it was too small. The desk clerk found another chair but it was the same size. Our room was on the third floor at the end of a long hallway. It was a major struggle to get to the room. We ended up renting a chair. Once inside the room it was spacious and very clean. Our room was well cared for by us and housekeeping. Fresh towels were always in place. We’d happily stay there again.

This guest had zero respect for others and verbally abusive towards staff. We attempted to accommodate their requests even though they did not properly fill out and complete their reservations prior to her arrival. She was extremely rude and vile saying inappropriate insults towards multiple staff and guests. She was told for this behavior that her rooms and she was asked to exit the facility before the police were called. We now have her listed as Do Not Rent at our location. She has been an issue in previous stays renting the meeting room and ignored any rules having over 20 people and using the room until midnight.

Staff are wonderful but we had a handicapped room we didn’t order but took anyway to avoid having to change rooms. The electric window shade controls did not work. The Keurig coffeemaker did not work-had to go to the lobby at 3:30 am to get coffee. The airport shuttle was convenient and the driver friendly.

We had a really nice room at check in. The women at the front desk was not very personally and acted like it was a bother for her to wait on us. In the room you have to leave a card in to have lights work. They came on and then went off. I went back to desk, I can get you a new card. That one didn’t work either then she said I guess I can get you a new room. Appeared to be bothered.

I had to fix the toilet myself it would flush I had to adjust the baffle inside tank also the beds are not comfortable kids loud I really came for business snd visit family but I didn’t get not one good night of rest

The staff was very welcoming and kind at check in. This hotel is so clean and updated. Very nice hotel worth the price.
