"We stayed in the Rhubarb room and lived the complete kitchen with a huge wet bar! Also having a coffee table and comfortable chairs/sofa was nice. Plenty of beds (5) for most families. The check in process was slightly confusing. Read the email carefully. The entry door was tough to find but it is right by the Restaurant du Banneret. The location was perfect, right by the Chateau. "This hotel is not open! We arrived at the hotel in the evening, in the dark to find that it is closed for the foreseeable future. Hotels.com allowed us to book this and we had to get them to source alternative accommodation. Not happy or impressed. Book somewhere else "
