Type européen et les clients algériens entre autres qui viennent de l étranger. Dommage j ai l habitude de prendre l hôtel ibis en Algérie et franchement pour l instant seul celui qui se trouve sur Alger sont au top niveau !!!"

Staff very helpful particularly the staff at the restaurant La Bastille with the chef coming out to ask about the food and even giving my wife a recipe for a special dish"

"Ibiris Hotel did exceed my expectations. The staff were helpful and accommodating. Tried to help where they could although would help to have someone who can speak English working there. Breakfast was decent. Well planned. Limited on space but always clean. Rooms were fairly clean and more spacious than I expected based on reviews. Towels could have been a bit cleaner (they were washed but stained) Would have been good to have a cupboard in the room, kettle, iron as basic necessities. Overall...

"Stale room, camphor smells, the water from the water tap and in the cistern was blood red with rust. I ran the water for a long time it remained orange. When I told the staff they were indifferent. I asked for a refund and the receptionist said he would have to check with the manager, who he had to call. When i returned to the reception, the receptionist had left the building. Very poor. This hotel should be removed from you listings."

"I recently stayed at the Team Guard Hotel in Oran, Algeria, and I had a mostly positive experience. The hotel is clean, well-maintained, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast buffet is extensive and delicious. However, there was one staff member at the reception desk who was not as friendly or helpful as the others. He was arrogant and dismissive, and he did not make me feel welcome. "Quand nous sommes arrivés nous étions pas noter sur leur agenda pas de trace de notre arrivée il a fallu prouvé que nous avions bi réservé et payé pour une chambre triple Du coup l'hôtel était complet, ils nous ont donné une chambre double avec un matelas au sol, nous étions pas trop satisfait. Notre nuitée était moyennement bien le lit de 2 personnes n'était II 1 pas du tout confortable "
