"We stayed here with our two children, but the experience was very disappointing. None of the bed sheets were clean—they all smelled like someone had just slept in them. The kitchen was not available, and the hot tub was uncomfortable to use with the hosts nearby. When I raised these issues, the host argued and said I was “just looking for something wrong.” We eventually received a refund but had to find another place to stay. I hope the host improves both the cleanliness and the attitude toward guests."
