"This little lodge is the PERFECT place to rest your tired feet after a long day at Holiday World & Splashin' Safari! The location is ideal, the daily breakfast is delicious (although, it is the same couple options every day - not much variety - but my daughter loved the waffle maker), and the pool and hot tub were wonderful! Our only complaint was that the rooms didn't have mini fridges or microwaves. This was not a deal-breaker for us, since we really only slept in the room and spent all day at the parks, but it would have been nice to know ahead of time - we wouldn't have stocked up on drinks before we arrived. But the staff was wonderful and kept our drinks in the refrigerator at the front desk - so, it was only a minor inconvenience. The decor and atmosphere were perfect though and I would definitely stay there again! Next time, I would just bring my own little cooler and fill it from the ice machine to keep items cold."
