My 80 year old mom had to climb 3 flights of stairs along with three 4 year old grandchildren. 2) Hideaway bed was completely trashed. Absolutely disgusting. I cannot even begin to explain how nasty it was. 3) Telephones in the room did not work so numerous trips down 3 flights of stairs 4) Television did not work 5) Smoking allowed too near the entrance of the hotel 6) Carpet stains throughout the hotel which gave an appearance of it not being very clean"
