Overall, wonderful experience! I was originally hesitant about the check in process and security deposit link but good email communication helped answer all my questions. Parking was easy in the garage right below the building. Apartment was in a perfect, walking location for the concert at Scotiabank Arena. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to attend an event there!

Booking and check-in were easy. Apartment was correct. Impossible to speak with a person on the phone during my stay. Communication was poor by email and text messaging. NO WORKING INTERNET for the entire stay.

Was a very nice room and easy to come and go. However the fire alarm got pulled at 3am on my second last night there and not because of a fire. I then couldn't go back to bed and was super tired for my meetings the next day.

"The pod hotel is good for what you get. It is great for one night in downtown Toronto. The only thing I can say that was unusual, was the pods themselves are made of metal so when you or anyone else moved it made a somewhat load noise. I would still use them again."
