Checking in was very easy and fast. Hotel staff I spoke to, were very friendly. There wasn’t an over-powering smell of cigarette smoke within the facility. Hotel room was very clean.

One night stay after a concert at Stage 271

Room was reasonably comfy - bed a bit hard. Bathroom was fine. Check-in and out very efficient. But smoke everywhere around casino. Dining options not great; we had dinner in Powderly on the way there.

Great Casino and beautiful modern clean rooms in the West Tower. However, no one cleaned our room during our 2 day stay and the extra set of sheets I ordered on the first night, never arrived.

This was our first visit and we enjoyed our stay. The concert facility was nice and spacious. The bar and grill restaurant had a wonderful breakfast but we were disappointed with our evening meal at the chop house. Understand most restaurants at this time are short-staffed but we arrived before several others who were served their meal before ours. Our wait time was approx 30mins and we were disappointed in the steak.

My only complain is that we weren’t able to swim the day of check-in so we planned on swimming after checkout the next day thinking that they let you use your wrist band for the pool and outside area still but we were told that you have to pay $20 per person if we wanted to do that. We did not do that considering how much we already paid to stay the 1 night there.

When we checked in instead of having us booked for a king room, we received a twin queen room. Our room had nats in the shower. When i went to the front desk to Complain we were put in another twin queen room. Even after speaking with the manager our room wasn't upgraded. The rest of our stay has been pleasant so far.

well, it is a Casino downstairs. Take that as you will. Everything was new, clean, room spacious and nice. There were 3 food options from snack bar, Chili's and a fine dining Chop House as well as another bar area. Only drawback is I left my phone charger. Called several times to ask lost and found and never would pick up. Drove 10 miles out of my way to walk in and ask. After 30 minutes was told no one found anything.....sigh. PR

Arrived for 4 pm checkin and the room was not cleaned yet. Had to leave bags with the valet. Was never called when room was ready and my party had traveled several hours to attend a show. It was a real inconvenience to not have the room ready at the check in time on our reservation. I was not offered so much as an apology. Will not waste my money at this hotel again

Excellent hotel with a great casino & venue

We really enjoyed staying here & would definitely stay here again if we have a show to go to. The room was huge and very nice overall. My only comments would be the shower took literally forever to even get warm, so much so, my husband didn't think it would ever warm up and gave up on it. I waited & was finally able to take a shower, although a very short one since it didn't last long. I'm assuming it was because so many people were taking one at the same time, right before the check out time, so they couldn't keep the water consistently hot. Also, the pillows were the big thick type that don't really flatten down any so for me it gave me a crick in my neck, but it was perfect for my husband. Just a personal preference, but next time I would actually bring my own pillow, lol. I still give it 5 stars overall and these are just little things to be aware of.
