"Our quadruple room was very clean and comfortable. It overlooked the golf course which was fun. The pool was great - our kids loved it. You were provided free pool towels every time you swam plus the changing rooms were brilliant - swimming costume dryers, lovely shower gel etc. The surrounding woods were brilliant for walks - our doggies loved it. The all you can eat style buffet breakfast was lovely - the kids especially loved the pancakes which you just had to ask for along side other cooked items like porridge and omelets. Check in was a little awkward as they wanted to charge ยฃ25 per dog per night (ยฃ100) which we weren't informed about via Hotels.com - the staff member insisted this was on the hotel website but I explained that we didn't book via the website. So in the end we had to keep the dogs in the open back of the pick up which wasn't ideal. Some younger members of wait staff were a little moody and unfriendly but in the whole it was fine."
