"We were very pleased to see a very clean room. You can see that everything had been upgraded with regard to the beds and bathroom. Floor was luxury planking and clean. It is very quiet there also, we had a great sleep. Would definitely recommend staying here when in Fort MacLeod."
"Very basic hotel. There was never anyone at the front desk. Coming and going, I never saw a staff member at the front desk except when I rang the bell when I checked in. Pillows on the bed were so deflated, so I asked housekeeping for an extra pillow or 2. After being told they would replace the pillows on day 2 of my 7 night stay, the pillows were never replaced or offered an extra. I ended up taking a pillow from a sofa in the lobby. During my 7 night stay, housekeeping only attended my room once?? I was also disappointed to find several big red ants in my room.
