The room was cleaned daily, and the staff made sure there were fresh bottles of water, a milk drink and some snacks that were provided during the duration of a stay, which was a nice touch. Everyone I spoke to were very friendly and helpful, and the reception gave great advice whenever I asked."

"Great location, spacious room, lovely bathroom with an excellent shower and good pressure. The pool was amazing though we didn’t use it just had a peek. This is a very large hotel with access to a huge shopping area beneath. Staff were friendly, the bar area at reception served a small choice of food which was excellent, even served warm milk with a lovely coffee. The restaurant was also very good, comfortable with good menu choices. Would stay again if in Beijing."
