Hotels near Grass Lawn

"I checked in on a Sunday and checked out on Wednesday. My room was not cleaned a single time bed never made no towels changed out no trash removed! Is this normal service @ the Hard Rock it was my first time to stay in a Hard Rock Hotel & Casino?"

"Upon entering we were assaulted by the smell of smoke from the casino. Having a separate hotel entrance would have made this better. The room thankfully was not smoke smelled. "

"They were pet friendly, the staff was nice, but I requested a non-smoking room and was given a smoking room with cigarette burns all over the blankets. I didn’t have time to get a new motel somewhere since it was late so I ended up getting my own blanket to cover the beds. They are directly in front of the beach which is nice, but the outside area of the motel itself was dirty, there was trash on the ground in the parking lot, and the patch of grass where I walked my dogs had broken glass, which I didn’t notice that night but the next morning took my dogs somewhere else to walk. I didn’t even have a microwave in my room despite being told I would have one, so I had to eat out more than I wanted to since I couldn’t warm up the food I brought with me. It was quiet over all, the staff was friendly, the dogs were comfortable, and the beach was right next to them, but I don’t think I’ll stay here again."

"I am a singe white female coming in at 11:30 pm and was put on the very back unit where there were very few cars and I was afraid. Staff should have known better. There were local cars hanging around most of the time with someone in them doors open windows down. Also some people just hanging out was very afraid."

"Front desk is very rude. I will not go back there when I return to Destin. I also stopped housekeeping in hall tipped them bc was suppose to freshen up room. Nope nothing done and kept the money. Oh well checked out early and still enjoyed vacation. "
