heater didn t work sink was installed wrong hot water came out the cold side shower was dirty front door has a large gap around it let in cold and bugs refrigerator had mouldy food in freezer and full of frost ,toilet was only 8 inches high for handicap room that was very bad

Overall the place was ok. Sebastian checked us in when we arrived. He was very friendly and helpful. The morning staff person, at the breakfast area, on Sunday morning was not friendly at all. She didn't speak to us and it felt as if she was bothered that we were there. The man at the front desk that checked us out wasn't too friendly either. The location is convenient (across the street from a shopping center with a Safeway, CVS, Wendy's, and a few other restaursnts and shops). Unfortunately, the beds and pillows are very firm, so we didnt sleep well.

We got the last room at the last minute, it was one of the handicap accessible rooms near the reception, that seemed like it might have been more basic and unappealing than other rooms elsewhere. We probably paid a high premium for being last minute so it felt way too high for the quality of the hotel. But if you get a decent rate and just need a place for a night, I'm sure it's fine. Parking was crowded.
