O hotel tem uma excelente área de lazer porém deixa muito a desejar no conforto. Quartos antigos que precisam ser atualizados. Pelo preço da diária esperava mais do quarto e da comida.

Dias de descanso em família! Hotel excelente com uma vasta programação pra crianças. A fazendinha é um atrativo, muitos animais e muitas atividades ao ar livre. As crianças amam e os adultos também! Deixo uma ressalva apenas para os quartos que, apesar de ser fazenda, poderiam ser repaginados. Talvez uma atualizada na mobília e decoração caísse bem. Os banheiros são antigos e possuem mofo no teto.

Hotel Fazenda Muito Bom.

A estadia no Portal de Gravatá foi muito boa. A comida do restaurante é muito boa e há recreadores e diversas opções para crianças. O único porém é em relação ao quarto. Ficamos num quarto que é destinado a quem leva seu animalzinho (levamos nossa cachorrinha) e o quarto teve alguns problemas, como a porta corrediça do banheiro que estava quebrada e não teve como ser consertada na nossa estadia. Fora isso, a atenção do pessoal da recepção foi muito boa e ainda nos deixaram ficar um pouco além do horário de checkout.

A estrutura é maravilhosa! A comida é boa! Porém o fato de ser pet friendly me incomodou bastante não apenas pelos latidos mas pelo fato dos donos tratarem os cachorros como gente sentando a mesa de refeição, por exemplo.
