"This place was incredibly dirty! The doors are disgusting, with stains and they don’t even work properly. The floor is filthy. The bathroom is awful and seems as though the water is making it rot, it was an extremely uncomfortable bathing experience. The couch was so bad, filled with stains and hidden dirt. The beds appear clean but are actually really dirty and gave me acne! The hall ways are terrible, the smell is so bad. Tobacco stench everywhere. The toilet clogged over nothing. I wouldn’t wish this place on anyone, no matter what they did to me!!!"

"I don’t even know where to start with Budgetel Inn & Suites Atlanta — this has easily been one of the worst, most unprofessional hotel experiences I’ve ever had. First off, the manager was extremely disrespectful. No professionalism, no concern, just a nasty attitude like helping guests was beneath them. The lack of basic manners and customer service is honestly unbelievable. Now let’s talk about the main issue — my toilet was clogged for TWO DAYS. I reported it multiple times, and not only was there no real solution, but the staff acted completely nonchalant like it wasn’t even a problem. A clogged toilet is a basic necessity, not some minor inconvenience. But here’s where it gets even worse — staff came into my room and instead of fixing the ONE issue that actually mattered, they made up my bed, changed the TV channel, turned off the bathroom light, and opened the curtains… and then LEFT with the toilet STILL clogged. So you had time to touch everything in my room except the actual problem??? Then when I brought it up again, the manager had the nerve to say there was a “Do Not Disturb” sign on my door — which is a complete lie because my room doesn’t even HAVE a sign. So now on top of poor service, there’s dishonesty and excuses instead of accountability. The level of inconvenience and disrespect is unreal. No urgency, no communication, no regard for guests or their space. It honestly feels like they just do whatever they want and expect customers to deal with it. poor!"

"Everything in our room was great but it seemed like the ac was broken EVERYWHERE else. All the halls, and public areas were humid, warm, and uncomfortable to be in. There were sections in the lobby where the ceiling was literally peeling off the wall, so it appears this was a long term ongoing problem and not just for the evening. The breakfast was yummy but I thought it was unusual they had 3 proteins, and potatoes with no eggs but it was something that we could adapt around. "

"The TV didn’t work. No one would answer the front desk phone. There was no iron in the room. I had to walk to the front desk at 6am and the young male was so rude, he continued to talk on the phone about technical issues. I had to interrupt and ask for an iron and tell him the TV didn’t work. He said housekeeping would be in at 7:30am; however no one ever came. I called back and got an answer around 8:30am. The young lady working brought the iron to me…. I rate this place an overall 0-1."
