"I liked having real plates, silverware and cups at breakfast. The cleaning staff blocked the elevator with their cart and only one elevator was working. Minor inconvenience. Overall it was very acceptable."

Well this is my review stating “What good does this non-transferable stay do for Marriott? You took my $667 to prove a point that you would rather receive poor reviews due to poor customer service than help a customer that in no way is going to stay at your hotel now or for the foreseeable future.” Do not stay with Marriott if your only hotel room choice is not refundable."

"Booked a handicapped room. Room did not have a shower, totally unacceptable for a person with a broken leg. Not furniture other than one straight back wooden dining room chair. Never will book this hotel again. Travelocity needs to be more accurate with property descriptions."

"Although the hotel was under renovation, they did a very good job keeping the building clean and not disrupting the guests. We stayed in one of the newly renovated rooms. It was very comfortable and seemed like brand new!"
