"It just looked to me like the entire hotel could use an upgrade. The unit in the room and at the ice machine on the second floor (which did not have any ice the next day) were broken, the bed skirt was completely winkled, there was something gross smeared on the door. I will Not be staying there again. I did not enjoy my stay I’m sorry."

"I was very offended and unimpressed that one of the front desk staff members accused my son of stealing from the little supermarket. He was in there looking around for a snack and I asked him to tell me if there was anything he wanted and then to come ask me for the money. I was upstairs in the room. The staff member asked him to lift up his shirt and empty his pockets and he said why, and she said that she saw him put something in there. His pockets were empty and he had not put anything in there. My son is only 13 years old and I think it is completely inappropriate to ask him to lift up his shirt to prove he has not stolen! The right thing to do would’ve been to ask him to please leave or get his parent."
