Basic customer service. Somewhat clean but scratchy area. Room smelled like cat urine. Bathroom dated and had mold on tile in tub and rust in bottom of toilet . Was anxious to leave next morning

I booked for 3/9-3/10/26. We arrived today and were told the reservation was for last night. I’m Very clear that I selected a stay fo tonight. I have no idea how it got changed to last night. Please refund me in full for the incorrect reservation last night.
