Einfacher Check-In/Check-Out, freundliches Personal, gute Lage für Zugreisende, da in der Nähe vom Bahnhof, super Anbindung in die Innenstadt. Umgebung ist okay, viel befahrene Straßen - aber in der Nähe vom Bahnhof nicht überraschend. Zimmer war sauber, teils etwas staubig, aber alles im Rahmen. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis absolut in Ordnung. Ich würde nochmal buchen!

Good location. Room is clean and spacious. Bed is firm and comfortable but the pillow is too soft for me. Soundproof walls but you can hear sounds from the corridor clearly through the door.

It was cheap and location was good, and the room facilities were adequate. But the communal kitchen was filthy. And the service was pretty average too. Lots of guests checking in early in the morning and disturbing the sleep but I guess that's hostel life.

Gerne wieder!

Ich war schon ein paar Mal im a&o Hostel, sehr zetral gelegen - freundliche Mitarbeiter - saubere Zimmer und ein gutes Frühstück. Einzig der Cafe ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig aber die Pancake Maschine ist der HIT beim Frühstück

Sehr schneller und unkomplizierter Chek-in und Check-out. Wir haben das Zimmer notfallmässig gebucht, da wir durch Hochwasser in Graz gestrandet sind auf unserer Fahrt nach Wien mit der ÖBB. Das hat perfekt geklappt. Die Unterkunft ist sauber und zweckmäßig.

Comfy, good service and convenient location

Very good value for money, walking distance from Graz city centre. Hostel staff gave us some recommendations to visit in the evening. Comfy beds. We were able to park for free down the street as on Saturdays there is no charge after 1pm.

Buona sistemazione, nuova e pulita, 20 minuti a piedi per raggiungere il centro, parcheggio della struttura non disponibile. Parcheggio esterno a pagamento in strada non consigliato perché non sicuro ( ci hanno rigato la macchina)

Was für spartanische Ansprüche

Auffällig schlechter Geruch, besonders im Bad. Lüftung scheint nicht zu funktionieren. Folglich war Fenster zu öffnen - verbunden mit hohem Lärmpegel von draußen in den ersten beiden Nächten. Obwohl Kinder gebucht wurden, erst keine Bettwäsche sowie Handtücher vorhanden, dann war das Beziehen der Betten selbst vorzunehmen.
