"The hotel was excellent. There is a high standard in Monaco and we were not disappointed, considering this may be considered a budget option. The communal areas have a great flow, the bar area especially. It is an easy walk to anywhere you need to be, with spectacular views an architecture along the way. We upgraded to an executive room with balcony & sea view which did not disappoint. The room had all amenities we could need and plenty of space for the two of us. We experienced an issue upon check-in where reception wanted to take full payment there and then, although we had already paid upon booking. This was swiftly and professionally resolved. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Monte Carlo."

"Perfect... best rating 6* if was possible. The staff were all smiling what ever job they were doing. The room was beautiful and clean ( you could eat off the floor ). Attention to detail throughout. The Spa with unlimited access ( as opossed to others near by clenched the deal, not having to book ) was a wonderful way to start on arrival and start the next day. I would suggest thia to anyone that has a chance."

Just not what one would expect at this price point. No hair dryer in the room and no milk for coffee. Price was €1,200 for the room for the night so you would expect more "

"I recently stayed at the hotel while attending a Forbes event and was surprised by the early start of maintenance work on the ocean-facing terrace. Beginning at 7:00 a.m., there was noticeable drilling and worker activity directly outside the balcony. Given that the hotel was fully occupied by Forbes attendees, it is unclear why such disruptive work needed to begin so early. The noise significantly impacted the guest experience, and I understand that several other guests shared similar concerns. This may be an area worth reviewing to better align operational activities with guest expectations, particularly during high-profile events."
