"Room was clean. Check in was uneventful and quick. Parking is very tight if you have a larger vehicle. Room was good, bathroom was just ok - it was clean but shower was very tiny and awkward"

We boobed with the location as it was a good 20 minute walk to the old town, a killer going back until we found ubers to get us around. Would stay nearer centre next time and I ay a little more. "This booking was a disaster. The garage entry fob did not work. When we arrived to the unlocked room, the linens were hanging and drying at the front door and the patio. The electrical box in the apartment was opened, and a sharp metal strip wasdangling from the bedroom wall. We requested a room for four people and two beds. We received a queen bed and a futon that one toddler could sleep on. At this point, we requested a refund from the owner, to which he agreed. We immediately returned...

"The check in procedure is ridiculous. Climbing over piled up snow to reach the key box which is located away from the building. Somehow towels and sheets are NOT included. They charge extra. And they its cheaper to buy them new than rent them. What an over complicated stay and waste of time."
