"There was a ghost at 14th floor room 1421...She was a lady but harmless,she usually stayed in the bathroom."

"Most comfortable beds in a long time. Right next door to the Family History Center (if that's what you're here for). No breakfast buffet, but an area where you can purchase breakfast items (e.g. bagels, burritos, yoghurt, cereal, boiled eggs) all for a reasonable price, plus get the pleasure of talking to the nice and friendly lady (we forget her name) originally from Washington DC. Overall a nice place to stay."

"Haven’t stayed here since it was upgraded but couldn’t be more pleased rooms were clean and comfortable, ten fifteen minute walk to the Aces game for what I was in town for. Didn’t get a chance to try Any of the bars or restaurants unfortunately."

Comfortable & clean. Every staff member we've ever encountered at this SLC hotel has been polite, attentive, helpful, and kind. "
