"Great location & A great host Unfortunately there is no air con and the heat at night made it very difficult to sleep at night. The bedroom we had was small. The other 2 larger bedrooms had sliding doors on to a balcony,which you could leave open at night for some air flow. There are 4 bedrooms upstairs in total 1x double-1 x twin smaller rooms with little air flow. 2x larger rooms with sliding doors to balconies Great breakfast too. "

"Gondwana offers a fantastic experience for anyone looking for a short Safari within the confines of a private game concession. There is a diverse array of animals to view in amongst beautiful scenery despite being close to Mossel Bay. "Gondwana offers a fantastic experience for anyone looking for a short Safari within the confines of a private game concession. There is a diverse array of animals to view in amongst beautiful scenery despite being close to Mossel Bay. "Beautifull farm with fantastic views, mountains and sea, sunsets and sunrises. Interesting guests and nice vibe. Lovely outdoor deck where guests can relax and enjoy the views. Room comfortable and nice hot shower, clean. Blinds cannot be openen properly, broken ties. Communal kitchen and lounge area available for guests. Unfortunately, untidy, not clean, utensils, crockery and appliances tacky, some broken and not clean. Poor housekeeping and maintenance of all areas. Outdoor areas not well maintained. Grass too long, slippery areas where a proper path or steps could help, rubbish bin overflowing. Staff have a don't care attitude. "

"The pictures online do not show the overall shabby condition of the property. The property has not been updated in a long time and it shows. Window latches broken, poor quality curtains that do not block out the bright outside lights at night. The ceiling paint in the bathroom was pealing and the net curtains ere dirty. Paint splashes on the doorknob and a broken curtain tie in the corner on the floor. All round just not the quality type of property I would ever stay in. And the photos are a little misleading. The pool is nice, but that is about it."
