Hotels near Great Clips Festival Shopping Center

"Definitely needs updating but it was fine for one night. We did not see any bed bugs which is important. We did not get to check in timely, along with multiple other guests, and therefore we were late getting to our concert missing half of it. I attempted to get a refund but have had no response from the hotel. We drove 4 hours to be here and had no other hotel options as the whole city was sold out. Very disappointing. The staff was kind enough to me because I wasn’t mean about it like many of the other guests were. "

"My only complaint is there is no room service, and there is no food available past 11:00pm. The bar in the casino stays open until 3am, however, there is no room service. They should offer food and beverage service to the rooms, and there should be food available 24/7 because it’s a casino hotel. The casino is open 24/7. Other than that, the room was very spacious and nice."

"Our first room had been smoked in. When I brought the odor to the attention of front desk attendant, she didn’t hesitate to move us to another room, which was great. The beds were very comfortable and everything was very clean and room was spacious. There were only a few cosmetic issues that need touch ups, such as paint and caulking. This hotel was in a great location that wasn’t overcrowded and felt very safe. We will stay here again."

"Nice, clean place to stay for a basketball tournament. Nice to have a fridge and microwave. Conveniently located. Beds were clean and comfortable. No free breakfast."

"Very clean room. I had the unfortunate timing of being a guest at the same time of a basketball tournament so had many basketball boys running the hallways late at night. But overall amenities were great. "
